It seems to be a long journey in this institute - for three years as leader when I worked as a founder Principal from the year 2017. Setting up everything from zero to a respectable stage was a very challenging one. The most difficult part during the period was getting Approval from AICTE and subsequent getting EOA (Extension of Approval) every year by minimizing the deficiencies as shown as per AICTE norms in case of infrastructure as well as man power. And then worked as a Head of the Electrical Engineering for nearly two and half years as follower to execute and help the institute to progress forward. During the period the most difficult part was the COVID – 19 pandemic period. Institute was closed for a long time and online classes had to be taken by us which was a new concept. In spite of internet problems etc. we have successfully come out of that phase. Already three batches had successfully completed the Diploma Courses in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Printing Technology. Some of them had got jobs in various Govt. as well as private sectors and also some of them were opted for pursuing higher degree level technical education in different Technical Institute of India. Now Govt. has given me the opportunity to lead the Institute again. As a leader I have to maintain the discipline at the Institute among the teaching, non-teaching staff as well as students. There should not be any compromise in quality of teaching and hopefully we have a very good old, new group of faculties and instructors who are energetic and always wants to give and share new ideas with the students. With the hope of flouring the Institute in all fields and be renowned as a premium technical institute in this region and the students who are eager to grab knowledge to make them ready to face global challenges in future and that really make us feel proud.
